This is the latest project within the Barnett Tech Park where we will be building shell only spaces for offices , select fast food outlet, and the BPO industry. The Barnett Business Centre will be a site of 2.7 acres in a facility with 82,000 sq ft of leaseable space. This Centre is within the Barnett Tech Park where we have approx. 400,000 sq ft of BPO tenants with the likes of Vista Print, ACT, and Conduent. Our product is geared towards BPO players looking anywhere from 5,000 sq ft (incubator level ) upwards and can carve out space depending on what your requirements are. The lease rate is US$14.00 a sq ft for rent and $3.50 a sq ft for maintenance and we will be offering a "seza" (Special Economic Zone Authority ) facility . Amenities include a gated compound, stand by power and water , ample parking for 184 cars plus access to the adjoining Barnett Tech Park Transport Centre . Delivery is August 2021
